Harry's challenge to you

Cook one of these every week

Harry Edward Bassant is challenging you to cook one of these recipes once a week — any day that suits you.

The way Harry now cooks and eats his food to make his weight loss and healthy eating enjoyable is that he cooks from a recipe book every single night of the week. However, he did not start off this way. He started off cooking one meal every week, and he was astonished at how easy, simple and enjoyable it actually was — so much so that he now eats like this every single day of the week and has never gone back since. He has never had the same meal twice, because of all the recipe books he now owns.

These four are a selection of Harry's favourite recipes from over the last six years of eating this way. They are recipes he has now put together himself, based on his own experience of cooking from recipes — so he is sure you will enjoy all four.
